Snow Removal Position
Summary:
When it snows we goes! We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are tough! Minnesota winters can be brutal, but we have the tools to help combat that!
Required:
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean Driving Record
- Reliable Transportation
- Be ready 24/7 during the winter months
- Great communication skills
- Basic smartphone skills (Edit Route Sheet)
- Snow Plowing knowledge
- Overall basic snow procedures or follow direction
- Must be able to physically bend, lift up to 50lbs repeatedly., and squat.
Job Duties:
We use top of the line snow equipment for residential and commercial property snow removal, here is a list of equipment we need competent operators to run:
- ATV (4 Wheeler) with snow plow
- Snow Plow truck with V-Plow functions
- Toro Grandstand Multiforce with snow plow
- Toro snow blower
- Shovel
- Skidsteer with KAGE snow plow
- John Deere Tractor with snow plow
