Lawn Mowing Crew Member

Summary:

Able to work with team leaders on a weekly basis to provide the best service possible. Meeting or surpassing expectations of current clients, crew leader, and management.

Required:

• Valid Minnesota Drivers License
• Ability to pass DOT physical exam (Paid by Ring Lawn Care)
• Clean Driving Record
• Reliable Transportation
• Pass background check

Must Be Able To:

• Abide by company handbook
• Be on time
• Work with others and take direction well
• Adapt to all types of weather conditions
• Lift 50 pounds
• Carry Back Pack Blower on Back
• Operate Zero Turn Mower
• Manicure Turf w/Line Trimmer
• Perform Spring & Fall Leaf Clean Up
• Keep Weed Free Appearance in Landscape Beds
• Perform Shrub Trimming (Will train)

Job Duties:

• Clean Work Trucks & Trailers Daily of Garbage & Debris
• Fuel Equipment Daily
• Perform Equipment Maintenance Regularly
• Keep Shop & Yard Area Organized

Evaluation:

• 30 Days
• Meet standard work procedure expectations
• If satisfactory evaluation, receive benefits after 90 Days
