Lawn Care Applicator

Summary:

Must be able to work with team leaders on a weekly basis to provide the best lawn care service possible. Following route lists and procedures. Meeting or surpassing expectations of current clients, crew leader, and management.

Chemical Applicator Responsibilities:

• Use our software app to navigate and document jobs
• Use machines and equipment to apply chemicals to lawns
• Keep machines clean and maintained
• Apply herbicides and fertilizers to lawns
• Communicate with team

Required:

• Valid Minnesota Drivers License
• Ability to pass DOT physical exam (Paid by Ring Lawn Care)
• Clean Driving Record
• Reliable Transportation
• Pass background check

Must Be Able To:

• Abide by company handbook
• Be on time
• Work with others and take direction well
• Adapt to all types of weather conditions
• Lift 50 pounds
• Keep Weed Free Appearance in Landscape Beds
• Operate Z Spray machine
• Obtain Pesticide Applicator License (Paid by Ring Lawn Care)

Job Duties:

• Clean Work Trucks & Trailers Daily of Garbage & Debris
• Fuel Equipment Daily
• Perform Equipment Maintenance Regularly
• Perform Weekly Applicator Route
• Perform Core Aeration Route

Evaluation:

• 30 Days
• Meet standard work procedure expectations
